Early on in my career, it was clear that most 'Engineers' were more concerned about completing works in the shortest period of time with as minimal resources possible, often at the expense of delivering the most effective Engineering Solution for their 'Client'.

I took notice of this significant shortfall in the market and decided we would do things drastically differently. We would commit to delivering Excellence in both Service and Design to our Clients.
